It appears that venture capitalists are taking note and don't want to be left behind. [apologies to Dr. Tim LeHaye] Most interesting to me was the sidebar on why many small companies avoid having more than 14 total employees. This is to avoid what they consider to be onerous Federal regulations. Tuesday’s New York Times, at least the version published here
