Multiplementality reports that Georgia’s governor closed schools Monday and Tuesday to conserve gas, which this blogger and traffic reporter predicts will only cause panic and lines and wasted gas.

It already has… driving back from dropping my wife off at Hartsfield-Jackson airport tonight, I had to try three stations before finding one that had gas and no shoving matches. One guy literally drove over the curb to cut someone else off, and owners are posting “limit ten gallons” signs. It’s looking like the last gas panic, though we haven’t seen crazy prices — yet.
