[...] After Business 2.0, Web 2.0, and Indiana Jones 4.0, we now have Recovery 2.0, which — contrary to what you might believe — is not a recovery camp for people addicted to add version numbers behind pretty much anything that doesn’t need versioning. Know what we need? We need Versions 2.0, a fully Ajaxed, distributed, and open, collaborative platform for grassroots citizen efforts, in which we can catalogue what’s already been elevated to 2.0, so we don’t forget to up the version numbers to Three Zip for the next hype cycle.
Web 2.0 needs to rest on an tangible measure that reflects the aggregate people behind it. To expand, we need a "Virtual Voting ATM" certified by an independent third party.

For instance, 60 million people with physical addresses can register and receive a PIN in the mail where they can support issues with a vote or vote derivative. Government should be run in this manner entirely. Congress has become a failed concept of old. It's time to reform our Congress through technology. The idea of 500 congressman in DC determining the lives of 300 Million is absurd. We are past that.

If the "Virtual Voting ATM" were realized, we would have the most powerful connected real-time network conceivable. It's completely feasible. We desperately need Democracy 2.0.

Can someone explain how this idea I propose is utenable or lacks utility.
