Howard Stern thinks he invented everything yet he has not done anything new in years. You know what howard invented lately....stinking! Opie and Anthony have taken XM to a new level. Sirus is getting excited because they might get 3 million customers. XM was there a year ago. When will hoo hoo realize it's time to move on.

I laugh at all you people that actually think Stern's gonna reinvent the radio when he goes to Sirius. He's lost his edge and hasn't been funny since the mid 90's!!!

As for him touting that he's the pioneer of satellite talk radio, that's BS!!! Opie and Anthony have been doing it for more than a year now!! And if ya think O&A were never a threat to Stern, THINK AGAIN!!! Why would infinity pay them to do nothing for 2 years!! They knew as soon as O&A went to Q-104, they'd wipe out a huge chunk of that old woman's audience!!

Private Parts - one of those rare brilliant movies that just compels you to stop and watch it whenever it is rerun on TV.

For me, the only other movies in that catagory are the Shawshank Redemption and Big. Perhaps there is one or two others, but I can't recall what they are.

And yes, Howard is still funny. He was never a 100% of the time 100% funny kind of guy. There are down times followed by highlights, but barely a week goes by when I don't nearly wreck my car bursting out laughing at something he or one of his cast said. Sheer brilliance.

So that $500 million for 5 years is true?

Interesting how Howard gets a half-billion dollar contract and instead of being the talk of the mainstream press, they, as always, are sitting back waiting to see if it's ok to say nice things about him. Pussies.

Lord knows if Rush or O'Reilly got a half-billion dollar deal for 5 measly years they'd be on the cover of Time, Fortune, Forbes, and a half dozen other mags.

But Jeff did you notice that Ed said that Howard had a "top selling DVD"? What DVD?

One thing Howard hasn't yet addressed is the mind-blowingly awesome concept that people in Utah (and other similarly inclined locales) will finally be able to hear him on a daily basis. The Wasatch Front will never know what hit them.
