I certainly don't just see this as numbers on charts. As I say in the article, listening is about searching, analysing &lt;i&gt;and&lt;/i&gt; synthesising. You can't do that from charts, but it can help companies understand why they &lt;i&gt;ought&lt;/i&gt; to give a damn.</description>
