Valleywag, the latest from the Denton boutique, is up and running with Nick Douglas, who did a great job on Blogebrity, at the snarkboard, proving that there can, too, be gossip about unattractive people. To paraphrase McDonald’s: I’m likin’ in.

Not sure what I like best about Valleywag. Maybe it’s the elitism, snobbery and “invitation only” commenting policy that precludes an actual dialogue. Or maybe it’s that Valleywag’s publisher Nick Denton, who I am sure is really really famous and cool and tuff, lives in New York. Tell me all about the valley I grew up in Nick.
