I wonder how long it will last. In any event, Korea and Japan have very high broadband penetration, so it's completely practical to deploy locally-produced video streams on their Internets. Whether anybody wants to is a different story, and I supposed we'll know that fairly soon. It would be a shame if citizen broadcasting was nothing more than pirated network programming and porn, but if I had to guess...
