She has to take Xanax to calm herself because her hear rate is generally 160bpm or higher, 90% of the time. Other than Afib, she is a healthy 69 year old woman. I would like to see her get well and if ablation is safer than the maze procedure or other surgical procedures, I'd prefer she do that. Thanks! Hello! Then it starting getting worse, happening every day and he wasnt able to control it with the breathing.... about 10 years ago they but a wire into his heart, up through his groin and "rewired" it as he says...took a couple of hours. It was more of a computer tech procedure than a doctor procedure to this day NO drugs, and NO heart problems, it did wonders for him, and that was awhile ago, so I can imagine how the technology has probably changed to help you.
