I had my SIRIUS receiver actived less than two weeks ago; the very same day Moonves filed his foolish lawsuit. CBS supposedly issued a press release that Howard mentioned Friday saying the Letterman show booked Stern well before the lawsuit came about and that they would not meddle with the show's creative process. So the Vin Diesel listing is confusing. Maybe they're thinking they have to allow it to happen but they sure as hell aren't going to promote it.
