		<description>Thank you Jeff. I agree with you -- the women in this network have a lot to be proud of. After all - it was &lt;a href="http://blogher.org/node/5228" rel="nofollow"&gt;their idea&lt;/a&gt; for me, Jory and Elisa to bring what we'd already done for other media companies to BlogHer parents. 

Now I just have to figure out how to follow the example of the mothers in our first ad network. In many cases these women have more children and busier lives than I do, yet they blog much more often! :) 

Why don't you come to BlogHer '06 to join the conversation?</description>
