		<description>Robin: sorry that you don't like "they" as a singular neuter third person, but that's what everyone uses and has been using for decades. Much better than the "he/she" or "s/he" travesties that womyn's centers have tried to push. The horse left the barn so long ago on this one that the barn has fallen down from age!</description>

		<description>You paraphrased Hewitt as saying "In a trial, an expert must give their background so the jury may judge what they say". That is horrible grammar.  What you should have said was " an expert must give HIS background so the jury can judge what HE says". Alternatively, you could ahve phrased "experts" in the plural to match it with the "they". But the way you have it now, mixing up singulars with plurals, is just piss-poor writing.</description>
