At last the networks are challenging this outrageous government nannyism. Bravo to them! It's high time that our government realized that parents and individuals already have the necessary ratings and tools to make and enforce their own TV viewing decisions.

Cause imagine to answer to ur 4 year kid what is oral sex cause he/she heard that word on Grey's Anatomy or Desperate Housewives, huh? I mean, opens networks should be "less allowed" to say some words or show some scenes etc.. I'm not saying that the FCC's right but C'mon! U have to reconogized but showin actually the entire left boob on national/open broadcast..! I mean, just Saying that the FCC has solid plan.! And if the PBS want to do a documentary who's "real" by using some words well do it straight to video or do some contract with cable networks cause that can be use as excuse just imagind "we wanna be able to say fuck u or screw u just cause the documentary is lack of rea

Congress seems focused on passing legislation that won't make it through both houses or that is patently unconstitutional.

This achieves two aims, it gives the right something to point to as an "accomplishment" in the upcoming campaign season and it keeps them busy while the avoid dealing with the real issues facing the country, you know, small things like the wars or the economy or health care or decaying infrastructure.
