Interestingly, two of Japan's largest newspapers, Asahi and Yomiuri both offer RSS feeds, but RSS links are not located where they are supposed to be and hard to find in their respective front pages, http://www.asahi.com and http://www.yomiuri.co.jp So one needs to googe with key words say "asahi rss" or "yomiuri rss" to find out pages like http://www.asahi.com/information/service/rss.html
http://www.yomiusa.com/rss.html

Not sure if providers are conscious or unconscious in not easily exposing RSS link to site visitors. Anyway usage is still low as it is reported.
