Just because a Toyota Landcruiser is more suitable offroad than a Kia does not mean cars should not exist. Anyone who has been represented by a truely exceptional realtor will almost never grip on fee. On the otherhand lazy realtors bring down the group. A great website for people who want to market their own home is www.camelotlane.com. It is basically free MLS for homeowners.
