No, that was Brooke Shield’s undergraduate thesis: “Washing Hair — A chemical process in 3 Steps; Lather, Rinse, Repeat.
Jeff means “blather”, I think. His fingers are being typelexic, a common malady of the pre-Alheimers set (I spaek from experience).
