Are you joking, Jeff? These ads run after content! Do you really believe viewers will stick around for the Allstate ad after they’ve seen what they came for? How will an ad exposure be recognized for the advertiser? If they are paying based on the number of exposures for the content itself, then that’s potentially worse than TV commercial ratings…
