For example, in this bbc editors thread: It now has 140 overwhelmingly negative response, but not a single comment from the BBC. Obviously, Mr Van-Klaveren has more to do than just blog, but even a lowly drone posting "we're listening" would help keep the whole thing going. Interaction in name only really isn't enough.
