		<description>A similar problem I have seen is media setting the interactivity in motion, but then stepping back, rather than getting dirty in the fray.

For example, in this bbc editors thread: 
It now has 140 overwhelmingly negative response, but not a single comment from the BBC. Obviously, Mr Van-Klaveren has more to do than just blog, but even a lowly drone posting &quot;we&#039;re listening&quot; would help keep the whole thing going. Interaction in name only really isn&#039;t enough.</description>
