Seriously, are the first couple of comments serious???

I guess anything can be criticized, but in the media world that we live in, don't you think making ridiculous statements about one of the last sources of TV investigative journalism, such as "and do some reporting for a change" is a tad bit frivolous???

I loved the the 3-part series. It was very informative and a topic that I only read about in places like Mother Jones. As for TV tackling this subject, forget it.

People will never cease to amaze me.

PBS is a godsend. If you don't like Frontline, the PLEASE tell me what investigative television news series I should watch?

I disagree. "Frontline" is one of the few gutsy, in-depth, and intelligent investigative and reporting news programs on today. Long may it keep its integrity!

They point out that real news still emnates from newspapers wich are breing starved by profit-only pathological (meaning in an un-healthy), corporate capitalism's shareholder value only values.

The series, to date, has been interesting. But, in typical Frontline fashion, most of the interviewees are either used as 'setups' or are setup to drive a monolithic point. Of course, it all sounds important with the baritone overvoice expressing concern.

If only they'd stop self-anthologizing and do some reporting for a change. Do audiences really care about what Frontline's producers are rehashing on a given night, especially when it's about themselves?
