		<description>The only trouble with having an office in Starbucks, Jeff, is that they wouldn't meet the many, many people who cannot afford a $4 cup of coffee. Otherwise, I think you are spot-on with the talk about kicking them out of the office. You can't learn what people think from behind a desk. You've got to meet them and converse with them.</description>
