Uh huh. And how is this supposed to overcome the elementary problem that the employer is having a much powerful position when dealing with a single employee who want a raise in pay, better heathcare or retirement funding, or simply better conditions at his workplace? Improving qualifications is always a good idea. But it doesn't help you that much when your company is playing the same old same old "devide et impera" game.
