Cuban was only smart enough to know snake oil (Broadcast.com) when he founded it. Well, he was also smart enough to know his own company would eventually be so worthless that he and his partner--who at least has 1/2 a brain and probably TOLD him what to do--got rid of all their Yahoo! stock after they were paid in it before the tech crash. Notice how he's not first in line with his checkbook on this one. Dancing With the Stars, anyone? Why do so many people think money=intelligence?
