But, as uruguaian, I don´t know if what you say is reasonable for a country like ours. With some friends I am working on a project that, essentially, pretends to follow the line of http://www.ngoportal.org/ adding journalism in order to present stories, guarantee the transparency of NGO´s and help with the promotion of unknown NGO´s.
